Telehealth and Face to Face Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed.
To respect the time of our clinicians and ensure we can offer appointments to other clients who need support, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your telehealth appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests or no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a non-refundable $75 fee.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
To secure your appointment, you will be required to provide valid credit card details at the time of booking. Where the cancellation policy applies, the $75 fee will be charged to the card provided.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our clinicians' time. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and providing adequate notice allows us to offer that time to another client.
Please note: Failure to pay an applicable cancellation fee may mean that we are unable to offer or confirm future appointments until the outstanding fee has been resolved.
